Utility inclusion varies from building to building. Some buildings do not include any utilities, while others include heat, hot water, and/or electricity. To determine what your prospective building includes, look under the “Building Features” section of the specific apartment’s page.

Pet policy varies depending on the building but the majority of our apartments are pet-free.

City Realty requires that all tenants provide proof of renters’ insurance.

To arrange a viewing of a City Realty apartment please fill out the “Book a Viewing” form located on the same page as your desired location.

The preferred method of payment is by post-dated cheques. You may also pay us in person at the City Realty office located at 515 Kennedy Street #5, Dieppe, NB.

The listings of apartments on City Realty website are updated based on availability.

Many apartments come with free surface parking and some have optional garage parking.
